Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Ruler Man Antiques shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Ruler Man Antiques shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ruler Man Antiques shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  We will issue the credit via the payment method.

Orders: Rulerman Antiques reserves the right to approve all orders.

Payments:
We process all credit cards through Paypal.
We also accept:
(Post Office) Money Orders – U.S. residents only.
Checks – U.S. residents only.

Returns:
Rulerman Antiques (and Consignment Products):
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept the return of any item you are not fully satisfied with. Please let us know within 3 days from the date of receiving the item so that we may work with you regarding returns. You must call us for a return number, 917-921-2491.

If you purchase a product from a consignor, please work with that vendor directly for returns, although the 3-day return policy still applies.

Shipping:
We will ship your product to you 24 to 48 hours after your payment clears.
Rulerman Antiques suggests that your packages be tracked and insured. All rulers over $100. will automatically be insured for the sale price.
Standard Shipping – First Class US Mail.

Privacy Policy:
Rulerman Antiques will not share your email with any third party.

Taxes:
We will automatically charge and withhold the appropriate sales tax for orders delivered within Florida.
